SCB10, SCB11, SCB13 series resin insulated dry-type power transformer structure features
Box-type coil: low voltage winding using the whole section of copper foil, together with F-level turn insulation in the low voltage foil winding machine. Foil coil better solve the low voltage, high current coil winding products short-circuit stress, ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation, the existence of winding spiral angle, artificial welding quality is not stable and so on. At the same time my company winding end with resin potting, curing molding, moisture and dirt. Lead copper row by argon arc welding automatic welding.
Temperature control device: transformer using BWDK series signal thermometer, temperature measuring element buried in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, can automatically detect and touring display phase coil respective working temperature, and have over-temperature alarm and trip function.
